MatchesIshant Sharma was signed up by Delhi Capitals in 2018 for the salary of INR 1.1 crore and was retained for by the franchise for the IPL 2021. The right-arm pacer had to miss out on the majority of the previous IPL season due to an injury. However, Ishant, who recently became only the second Indian pacer to play 100 Tests, will be seen forming an impressive fast-bowling trio with Kagiso Rabada and Anrich Nortje during the IPL 2021. The tall right-arm pacer has been a pivotal member of India’s Test side for a number of years and has played a vital role during India’s Test series wins in Australia and West Indies and will be targeting an IPL glory with his IPL franchise.
